NUTRICON 2023 Congresswill take place in Ohrid, Republic of Macedonia from 07 – 09 June 2023Congress is dedicated to: Food Quality and Safety, Health and Nutrition (see: http://keyevent.org/). 

NUTRICON 2023 is bringing together the scientific and expert work of: food technologists and engineers, dental and human medicine doctors, nutritionists, chemists, microbiologists, veterinarians, agricultural engineers, economists, etc. connected with food, to gain comprehensive insight and understanding of today’s food quality, safety, health, and nutrition issues.

Second deadline for Abstract submission is 15th December 2022. Abstract submission rules and form are available at: Call For Papers. Just to remind you that the priority for oral presentations and publication in the Journal of Hygienic Engineering and Design have authors who submitted their abstracts earlier. 

Abstracts will be published in Book of Abstracts and in CAB Abstracts database, and Full papers in the Journal Of Hygienic Engineering and DesignThe Journal is indexed in many scientific databases as: SCOPUS, EBSCO, China National Knowledge Infrastructure (CNKI) database, CABI Full text repository database, Food Science and Technology database, German National Library of Science and Technology (TIB), University Library of Hanover, Global Health database, etcIf you are registered for the Congress and writing a full paper, it will be published into the Journal of Hygienic Engineering and Design without any additional charges (free of charge) 

IMPORTANT:

– Advanced Hygienic Engineering and Design Training and HACCP Training will take place at Congress venue from 05 to 07 June 2023. You can choose one of 2 offered trainings.
